Jason Delrie, P.E. M.ASCE
President | Managing Partner
Mr. Delrie is President and managing partner of CLC Engineering. Mr. Delrie is a licensed Professional Engineer in 45 states with over 15 years of experience in Civil and Structural Engineering. Mr. Delrie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in May of 2005. The primary focus of his career has been in the power sector while designing substations, switchyards, transmission lines, & distribution lines at various voltage levels across the United States. Mr. Delrie’s prior construction experience allows him the unique ability to use his engineering skillset in conjunction, with the hands-on field related experience, to produce a practical design using sound engineering principles. In addition, Mr. Delrie is a current member of the ASCE, LES, and NSPE.

Steve Peaslee
Project Manager
Mr. Peaslee joined CLC Engineering in 2025 as a Project Manager. He brings a diverse and accomplished background in business development and project leadership across civil infrastructure sectors including airports, seaports, transportation, and disaster recovery. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering, Mr. Peaslee also holds a Master of Arts in Japan Area Studies from Harvard University. His career includes executive roles leading large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams, with a strong track record of securing and managing complex engineering efforts nationwide and internationally.
At CLC Engineering, Mr. Peaslee is responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and client communication on civil and structural engineering projects. His strategic mindset, leadership experience, and ability to navigate both technical and client-facing responsibilities make him a valuable asset to the team.

Brennan Smith
Engineering Intern
Mr. Smith joined CLC Engineering in 2025 as a Civil Engineer. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University in December 2024. Mr. Smith has hands-on experience in geotechnical analysis, soil and concrete testing, and infrastructure assessment from internships with Premier Geo Testing and ECS Limited. He is proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Apile, and other engineering software, and has passed the FE Civil Exam. At LSU, he also supported transportation research projects and served as president of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Mr. Smith’s responsibilities at CLC include Civil 3D modeling, geotechnical evaluations, and infrastructure design.

Don Reed Jr.
Senior Designer
Mr. Reed is a Senior Designer at CLC Engineering, LLC. He has over 40 years of experience as a Structural Detailer. He is proficient in AutoCAD. The majority of his experience is in structural detailing new and rehab structures using the drawings provided by clients and/or engineers. Mr. Reed’s duties include the design and layout of electro-mechanical, foundation, grounding, conduit, cable trench, lightning protection, steel erection, and steel detail drawings. He is proficient in AutoCAD.

Gary Gatch
Senior Designer
Mr. Gatch is a Civil Designer at CLC Engineering LLC. He has 25 years of technical engineering experience which includes technical engineering design and trouble-shooting, technical advisory to Boards of institutions, and leading teams of technical staff, vendors, committees, and departments in 7 figure upgrade, expansion, and relocation projects. Mr. Gatch migrated these keen skills into the civil arena and has used them to develop solutions for CLC’s design services. Mr. Gatch’s duties are designing and preparing layout drawings including site preparation, site grading, storm drainage, retaining ponds, oil containment pits, erosion control, road design, cut and fill, and fence and gate.

Wendy Keady
Office Manager
Mrs. Keady serves as the Office Manager at CLC, where her role extends well beyond daily administrative tasks. Since joining the team in 2021, she has become an indispensable part of the organization’s ongoing growth and evolving vision. Alongside managing a wide range of administrative duties, she oversees professional engineer licensure compliance across all 50 states and one territory, ensuring CLC meets all regulatory requirements smoothly and efficiently. With over 15 years of diverse experience in management, human resources, compliance, and operations, and holding a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University, Mrs. Keady brings a strategic, results-focused mindset to her work. Her forward-thinking approach helps position CLC for long-term success, while her naturally positive attitude and collaborative spirit create a supportive atmosphere for the entire team.

Jeremy Rollins, P.E.
Vice President
Mr. Rollins is Vice President of CLC Engineering. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Louisiana. Mr. Rollins completed a Bachelor of Science degree at Louisiana Tech University in Mechanical Engineering in May of 2016. He has been employed by CLC since graduation and became part owner in January of 2021. Although Mr. Rollins has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has quickly adapted to fulfilling the role of completing projects for civil and structural design also. As Vice President, Mr. Rollins assists Mr. Delrie with daily operations such as training and directing other employees.

Will Mackin, EI
Engineering Intern
Mr. Mackin is a Civil Engineer at CLC Engineering, LLC. His educational experience includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, December 2021. He holds an EIT Certificate for the State of Texas. Mr. Mackin is an Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts of America. He is a successful member of Destination Imagination where he built engineering constructs, and machines, strengthening his teamwork and problem-solving skills. Mr. Mackin also served as a student supervisor in B.U.I.L.D. where empty crates were turned into mobile fully functional medical clinics. Mr. Mackin’s duties include civil grading and drainage design for substation sites, structure calculations, steel design, and foundation design. He has experience using AutoCAD.

Isac Oliveira
Graduate Engineer
Mr. Oliveira is a Civil Engineer at CLC Engineering, LLC. His educational experience includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Belo Horinzonte University Center, Brazil, December 2020. Mr. Oliveira’s previous experience includes engineering internships as a Project Manager and Civil Engineer at two firms in his home of Brazil. Mr. Oliveira has obtained a Certificate of Completion in Ultimate Electrical Substations, HV and Generation, October 2022. Mr. Oliveira has knowledge and understanding BIM Software, construction site supervision, and foundations. He is also familiar with project management responsibilities. As a Graduate Engineer, his duties include civil grading and drainage design for substation sites, structure calculations, steel design, and foundation design. He has experience using AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D and Staad.

Wesley Peaslee
Senior Designer
Mr. Peaslee is a Senior Designer at CLC Engineering LLC and brings over 25 years of experience as an accomplished CAD Designer. His background ranges from designing preliminary concepts, all the way to correlating as-built field studies. His proven leadership throughout his career is an added strength to CLC’s core foundation. His prior experience entails the design of high voltage substations, switchyards, and transmission lines. It also includes developing CAD standards, equipment and materials estimating, and material procurement. His duties include the design and layout of electro-mechanical, foundation, grounding, conduit, cable trench, lightning protection, steel erection, and steel detail drawings. He is proficient in AutoCAD and has a working knowledge of Revit.

Trey Roland
Civil Designer Technician
Mr. Roland is a Civil Designer Technician at CLC Engineering LLC. He has 4 years of drafting in over 200 projects, ranging from town-wide water main replacements to airport hangar and FAA relocation plans.
Mr. Roland's duties include assisting in designing and preparing layout drawings including site preparation, site grading, storm drainage, retaining ponds, oil containment pits, erosion control, road design, cut and fill, and fence and gate.

Jessica Ryland
Project Auditor
Ms. Ryland joined CLC Engineering in 2025 as a Project Auditor. With an MBA specializing in Data Analytics and a strong foundation in business administration, she leverages her attention to detail and organizational skills to help review project budgets, expenses, and contracts. Her duties include auditing project financials to identify discrepancies, organizing key project documents, assisting with invoicing verification, and supporting financial reporting. Ms. Ryland’s proactive approach and strong communication skills help ensure accurate financial tracking and contribute to the smooth progress of technical projects across the company. Known for her reliability and thoroughness, Ms. Ryland plays a critical role in maintaining organized records and supporting the technical team’s goals, working closely alongside the Administrative Director to streamline operations and support CLC’s continued success.

David Pfeiffer, P.E., P.S.E
Vice President
Mr. Pfieiffer is Vice President of CLC Engineering. Mr. Pfeiffer’s educational experience includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction/Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University, May 1988, and a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, June 1991. Mr. Pfeiffer is a Professional Engineer licensed in 11 states and 1 US Territory. He has over 30 years of experience in civil and structural engineering design, and over 25 years of technical experience in the areas of substation design. Although he is semi-retired, Mr. Pfeiffer plays a key role in the completion of projects and mentoring fellow colleagues that are gaining experience in the engineering field.

Peyton Briggs
Engineering Intern
Mr. Briggs is a Civil Engineer at CLC Engineering, LLC. His educational experience includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Louisiana at Lafayette, May 2024.
Mr. Brigg’s previous experience includes internships at Distran Steel as an engineering intern and production support technician where he designed substation equipment, steel transmission poles, and performed calculation reviews. He also has worked as an equipment operator and survey helper..
As a Graduate Engineer, his duties include civil grading and drainage design for substation sites, structure calculations, steel design, and foundation design. He has experience using AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and PLS Pole.

James Hamrick
Graduate Engineer
Mr. Hamrick is a Mechanical Engineer at CLC Engineering. His educational experience includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Baptist University Riverside in April of 2024, having acquired his Associates in the Applied Science of Heating, Venting, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration. Mr. Hamrick’s previous experience includes managing a US Marine Corps flight line shop where he oversaw operations and employees in addition to maintenance and inspection of helicopters. During the acquisition of his degree, he interned with Critchfield Mechanical Inc., performing architectural plan reviews for estimations and design changes, on-site project fulfillment, and quality check preparations. As a Graduate Engineer, his duties include structural steel calculations, foundation calculations, and oversight of steel and foundation designs.

Michelle Walker
Senior Designer
Ms. Walker is a Senior Designer at CLC Engineering, LLC. She has 25 years of experience drafting, detailing, design drawing preparation, material procurement, and project coordination. The vast majority of her work experience has been in the high voltage industry. Ms. Walker’s duties include the design and layout of electro-mechanical, foundation, grounding, conduit, cable trench, lightning protection, steel erection, and steel detail drawings. She is proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft products.

Lynn Gatch
Administrative Director
Mrs. Gatch’s role at CLC in financial and business coordination is supported by over 30 years combined experience, including company startups, mergers, and acquisitions; legal research and underwriting; revenue, royalties, and severance tax regulatory; and information technology support in the oil and gas and land title industries, as well as experience in non-profit business management. She has been supporting CLC since March of 2017.
